Take Control of Your Second Largest Expense
Healthcare and employee benefits are typically a company’s second largest expense after payroll.
Most employers feel stuck:
- Double-digit renewal increases
- Limited plan flexibility
- No visibility into claims
- Little ability to influence costs
Captive Leaders Circle changes that.
This is not your typical generic benefits seminar.
This is an exclusive strategy session featuring the actual industry players influencing the captive landscape — the experts who have delivered unparalleled savings for decades.
While enjoying the iconic setting of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, you’ll gain:
- An understanding of how captives provide transparency and control over healthcare spend
- Real-world examples of 50 – 60% reductions in inflated claim charges
- Strategies to manage specialty drug costs
- An understanding of how customized reinsurance and stop-loss options reduce financial risk
- Ways to stabilize renewal volatility
- Examples of tax and plan-design flexibility most employers never see
- A clear framework to evaluate whether a captive is right for your company
You’ll also have direct access to speakers for open discussion — bring your real challenges and get real answers.
And yes… you’ll be able to watch practice runs from the patio and grandstand while networking with industry experts and other forward-thinking executives.
Strategy. Access. Networking. Experience.
