Richmond, VA — December 19, 2023 — The Hilb Group announced today that it has acquired a Tennessee-based voluntary benefits enrollment, benefits communication, and technology consulting firm, growing the company’s presence in the Southeast region. The acquisition took effect December 1, 2023, and adds to offerings in a growth market.
The transaction is part of a series of December 2023 acquisitions that further expand the benefits capabilities Hilb Group delivers to its clients.
