Our Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience across departments like Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Sales. Over 8–10 weeks, interns work on real projects, shadow professionals, and gain exposure to the fast-paced world of an insurance brokerage.

Are internships paid?
Yes, all internships are paid and offer competitive hourly compensation.
What types of roles are available for interns?
Interns may support teams across areas such as Benefits, Property & Casualty, Finance, Operations, Sales, Client Services, and Corporate Functions.
What will interns work on during the program?
Interns gain hands-on experience through meaningful project work, job shadowing, data analysis, client exposure, and participation in team meetings and learning sessions.
Is this an in-person or remote program?
Internship format (in-person, hybrid, or remote) varies by role and location and will be outlined during the interview process.
Is there an opportunity for full-time employment after the internship?
Yes, high-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or entry into the Early Career Development Program upon graduation.
