Who should apply

  • Obtained Bachelor’s degree (recent graduate or upcoming senior)
  • Major in Business, Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or related field (all majors welcome with strong interest in insurance)
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Passionate about building a career in the insurance industry

What is the Early Career Development Program (ECDP)?
ECDP is a structured program designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals to build foundational insurance knowledge, develop professional skills, and gain hands-on experience across the organization.
Who is eligible for ECDP?
ECDP is open to recent college graduates or professionals early in their careers, typically within one to two years of graduation.
How long is the ECDP program?
Program length is 6 months.
What areas of the business does ECDP support?
Participants may be placed in areas such as Benefits, Property & Casualty, Sales, Client Services, Analytics, Retirement Services, or related fields.
What type of training is included?
ECDP includes structured onboarding, insurance-specific training, professional development workshops, mentorship, and exposure to real-world client scenarios.
Are ECDP participants full-time employees?
Yes, ECDP participants are hired as full-time employees and are eligible for company benefits.
Is there mentorship or coaching available?
Yes, participants receive guidance from managers, mentors, and program leaders throughout the program.
What happens after the program is completed??
After successfully completing the program, participants remain in the permanent position they were hired into, transitioning out of the program and into their ongoing role with the tools and knowledge needed to be successful.
