Richmond, VA — April 13, 2023 — The Hilb Group announced today that it has acquired a Maryland-based book of commercial, personal, and marine focused property and casualty business in its Mid-Atlantic region of operations. The new marine business will join with Hilb Group’s growing marine specialty team based in Rhode Island, and the commercial and personal lines will be managed locally in Maryland. The transaction became effective April 1, 2023.
